Are You Intentional About Your Learning?

Learning is the path to your success. In Chris Brady and Orrin Woodward’s book “Launching A leadership Revolution” they quote author Andy Stanley who observed, “Great leaders are great learners.” He continues “in the early years of your career, what you learn is far more important than what you earn. In most cases, what you learn early on will determine what you earn later on.”

So I ask you again what you are doing about intentionally learning. Do you attend training seminars? Listen to audios while driving? What books do you read? Most people go thru life learning by accident, an example of accidental learning is stubbing your toe because you weren’t wearing shoes.

Learning like anything else requires commitment and developing the good habits of reading and listening to audios. For those of you who wish to become top real estate agents I recommend reading books by authors such as John Maxwell. Visit our resource center at the bottom of this page and see what the best real estate trainers and coaches have to offer you.

Remember this is intentional learning so you must click on the links below to intentionally learn what is available to you, it will not happen by accident for you.

The old adage knowledge is power, still applies today. Great Realtors are great learners.
