It is no surprise that rookie agents, who work from the office, and who attend office meetings and participates in company events; usually get off to a much faster start than those that don’t. Why, because they are connected to the office which offers support.
When you stay connected, fruit happens. When you don’t you remain barren or produce very little fruit. This is a biblical principal “I am the vine and you are the branch.” Remember that? In real estate it is similar, the office is the vine and the associate is the branch. The more you are connected the more you will learn. The more you learn the more you earn.
