Here is another Star Power Club audio script from Stars, Kathy and Larry Schmidt from Alberta, Canada who were interviewed by Howard Brinton back in September of this year. In my last blog I shared their “River Story” with you, now here is the “Wedding Dress” story.
Imagine walking by a display window of a department store and seeing a beautiful wedding dress in the window for $250.00, you eagerly rush into the store and ask the clerk to see it and she directs you to a rack full of identical wedding dresses. The only difference with these dresses is the price tag, its not $250.00 but $200.00. Now what happened here is the same that will happen with your home, a buyer will see it, love it, and want to buy it for a short time, until they see the other comparable homes all listed for less. Yes you are lovely but would you buy the dress in the window for more money than you could off the rack? You know the answer to that so let us just go ahead and price your home right, right now.
