Givers are Gainers

The saying “givers are gainers” is so true, the more you give the more you gain. This goes for all top producers in real estate sales, management or any other field for that matter these givers are all top performers they have no secrets, poor achievers all seem to think that what they are doing is secretive I can tell you there are no secrets in real estate.

I recently had lunch with Patrick Simm of Coldwell banker at his invitation to talk with some of our associates. Over lunch Patrick shared with us his techniques and marketing ideas. As all top performers, Patrick is confident and open, he clearly understands the rule of reciprocity, in fact the bible is full of such stories about the abundance, God not only promises but blesses the givers with.
