Get in Motion


As real estate sales people we experience our share of rejection and disappointments. How we handle it and what do we do make all the difference. Right now we are in a very difficult market, but not without opportunity. We see home owners many of whom we sold homes to over the last few years who are now up side down. We see our own livelihoods being eroded and having to dip into savings to stay afloat. What do we do? I’ll tell you stop thinking and get in motion.

Here is what the successful do. When the negative thoughts begin to enter your mind which they will, you’re only human, get moving. Get on the phone talk to your present customers call some FSBO’s, begin to lead generate, you will get positive results. Not everyone who gives you that YES will buy or sell with you, it is about the excitement of the moment, the win, the goal scored, the point made, the touch down, and where that puts your thinking. Cheer yourself on. Go get a high five from someone in your office, you deserve it.

With practice, those negative thought rarely will get past your brains front door and you will begin to experience this less, make being in motion a habit. It is said that depression is caused from a chemical imbalance due to the lack of endorphins being produced, if that is true, keep your self in motion, getting the high fives from your peers.
So now you know how to produce lots of those endorphins which will keep you motivated, successful and happy.
