Buyers and Sellers do business with the sales people within a company, not the company itself. In real estate many surveys completed show the customer in the majority of the time remembers their agents name but not the companies, unless they were horribly disappointed, then both company and agent names are forever etched into their brain.
Most customers when in need of the services of a Realtor call that person directly from marketing, past experience or through a referral, and not a company asking for an agent, the latter happens only on rare occasions. You the professional are always out in front. The customer decides whether they will be doing business with you and your company, solely on YOUR likeability and professionalism to move them in and or out of their home.
The real estate company plays a large and valuable role but in a different area. The companies provide structure in the areas of administration, accounting, training programs, the office space, having compliance guidelines in place, which keep the agents out of trouble, maintaining files as required by the state, and protecting its associates by maintaining E&O insurance. Those are just a few of the necessary roles the real estate brokerage company plays.
The Realtor is the person on the front line, the star of the show, who navigates them through the complicated process of dealing with financing issues, inspectors, appraisers, processors, title attorneys to name a few, and let’s not forget presenting and negotiation the offers and counter offers. All through this process, it is you the Realtor who they rely on, it is through your dedication and professionalism that the customer will decide whether to use you again, refer you to family and friends or forever write you and your company off.
So guys, it is you out there on the front line that will determine the size of your future database of customers, how large your practice becomes, decide the reputation and future of your company.

Yes I agree with your words regarding customer satisfaction. If we need to grow our business and to know about business surveys, customers play the main role in this position, because these are only the people who will take us in a right way to know where exactly our business stands.
